01 · What we collect
When you place an order or sign up to our newsletter, we collect:
- Your name and delivery address
- Your email address and, optionally, your phone number
- Order details and payment confirmation (we never see your full card number)
When you browse the site, we collect basic analytics — pages visited, device type, approximate location by country. Nothing that identifies you personally.
02 · Why we collect it
We use your data to:
- Process and ship your order
- Send order confirmations and delivery updates
- Respond to questions you send us
- Send the monthly newsletter — only if you subscribed
- Understand which pieces people are interested in, so we can make better ones
That's it. We don't build profiles, run targeted ads, or track you across other websites.
05 · Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what data we hold about you
- Request a copy of it
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time
