We keep things short and readable. These terms explain how ordering, shipping and returns work at AERA Objects. By placing an order, you agree to them.
01 · About these terms
AERA Objects ("we", "us") is a small furniture studio based in Porto, Portugal. These terms apply to every purchase made through our online store.
We may update them occasionally. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies.
02 · Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This is an acknowledgement — not final acceptance. We accept the order when the piece is prepared for dispatch.
- We may decline an order if an item is out of stock or if a pricing error occurred.
- If we decline, any payment taken is refunded in full.
- Small-batch pieces may sell out without prior notice.
03 · Shipping
We ship across the EU and selected international destinations. Delivery times depend on your location and the piece — typically 5–14 working days.
Larger furniture is delivered by a specialist courier. We'll contact you to arrange a delivery window.
Risk passes to you once the order is delivered. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
04 · Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return any item for a refund, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is arranged by us — the cost depends on the piece and your location.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the return.
- Made-to-order or customised pieces are non-returnable.

05 · Liability
We stand behind every piece we make. If a product has a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it at our cost.
We're not liable for normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by improper assembly after delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
